Princes William And Harry Agree With Jury Verdict
Princes William and Harry have thanked the jury at the inquest into their mother's death, and say they agree with verdict.
The princes said in a statement that they agreed with the jury's verdict that Princess Diana and her boyfriend, Dodi Fayed, were unlawfully killed in a Paris car crash by their driver, Henri Paul, and the paparazzi who pursued them.
"We agree with their verdicts, and are both hugely grateful to each and every one of them for the forbearance they have shown in accepting such significant disruption to their lives over the past six months," the statement said.
The princes also thanked Lord Justice Scott Baker for the consideration he showed them throughout the inquest.
"We are particularly grateful to Trevor Rees, and to others who came forward to give evidence – in many cases, reawakening their painful and personal memories," they said.
